lumollo

Your relationship management OS, powered by private AI.

The little things matter. Now they stick.

Coming soon

What it is

Say it in passing. Show up knowing.

Tell lumollo the small thing you just learned — out loud, or typed on the way home. It hands it back exactly when you need it: what to ask about, what you promised, what is coming up in their life. To them, you are the person who remembers.

Memories

Who they are

Their family, their work, the thing they light up about. Mention that her sister moved to Lisbon, and a year later you are still asking how Lisbon is going. No score, no streak, no ranking your friends.

Upcoming

What’s ahead for them

You hear about the Italy trip in March. In September, you open with “So — how was Italy?” Nobody remembers like that. Now you do.

Moves

What you owe

“I promised to call her Thursday about the tickets” becomes a commitment that finds you on Thursday — with the message already drafted, if you want one. You send it. Never lumollo.

Why it exists

Nobody forgets on purpose.

Think of the last time someone remembered a small thing about you — the interview, the sore knee, your sister’s name. You probably still remember that they remembered.

The details are the relationship: the week of the exam, the name of the new dog, the thing you said you would follow up on. Each one is easy to hold for an afternoon. A hundred of them, about a hundred people, do not survive the month. What gets lost is never the important part — it is the little part that would have shown you were listening.

This is not a CRM for your friends: nothing here counts the days since you last called your mother. A notes app does not help either — it asks you to organise first. lumollo takes the sentence exactly as you said it, and does the rest.

The privacy part

Private isn’t a promise here. It’s the architecture.

The notes you keep about the people you love should not live on someone else’s computer. They do not. Here is exactly what that means.

  • Your notes stay here Everything you write sits in an encrypted store on your phone, and the key never comes to us. There is no cloud vault to breach, because there is no cloud vault — only your own encrypted Apple backup, so a new phone does not mean starting over.
  • A frontier AI model does the thinking A short excerpt travels through our server to the model, and comes back as the result. Nothing is kept along the way. A few recent notes at most — never your library — and your phone decides what leaves.
  • Personal details are masked first Before a request leaves, the names of people you have saved — and your own — become placeholders. The AI reads “Call [name] about her exam”, and nothing says whose note it is. Only your phone can put the names back, and no setting turns this off.
  • Our servers keep nothing We store your login. That is the whole list. Your people, their details, your notes and your actions stay encrypted on your phone alone. The server passes the request along, hands back the answer, and logs nothing.
  • Nothing you write trains the AI What we send never trains anyone’s model; it is held briefly for abuse checks, then deleted. There is no analytics, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, no tracking, no data sale. Not minimised — absent.
  • Delete means delete Remove a person and everything about them goes — notes, facts, plans, drafts — and the space it occupied is overwritten. Nothing is kept in a corner.

The privacy policy sets out exactly how your data travels and where it is stored.
